Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For glass products, please ensure they are unused and free from damage.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at ecohelp@wowzle.co.za. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items to ensure they reach us safely.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ecohelp@wowzle.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are final sale and cannot be returned.
